Solution
BI WORLDWIDE provided an online rewards platform to serve as a hub for sales incentive activities and recognition. Coupled with custom communications, staff and managers could discover how the program worked, as well as have information at their fingertips.
Results
The first sales incentive surpassed a $4 million goal by $2 million. That $6 million dollar achievement was in large part due to managers being able to easily recognize and reward employees. It was a platform they understood and valued.
