I’m new to BI WORLDWIDE and I’m learning quickly that the healthcare market is energetic and fast paced, with plenty of room to be creative and strategic. Clients are diverse, from health insurance to pharmaceuticals. Every day I collaborate with technical teams, creative teams, and everything in between. As an Account Manager, I create unique, fun and exciting communication pieces to promote the travel services BI WORLDWIDE offers. One thing that's great about my job is the variety – we send people to many different destinations all over the world, and I really enjoy learning about these places. Whether it's a meeting for 1500 people or an incentive trip to a boutique hotel in an island paradise for 85 people, the content promoting these destinations and visual pieces guarantee participants are engaged at all times.

I have been at BI WORLDWIDE for more than 13 years; all of them in the Technology Solutions Group. I oversee the daily operation of our incentive programs, ranging from database and website project management, to customer service, to strategic marketing initiatives. Overall, I ensure my team has the tools to deliver exciting and engaging technology solutions to our customers.

My day is fast-paced and packed with creative opportunities for a wide variety of clients. I create brochures, direct mail pieces, interactive solutions, posters and other display items. I have been with BI Worldwide for over five years and oversee various accounts and assist our clients in developing and executing marketing programs that help to innovate customer behavior. My role allows me to interact and consult with a number of industry experts to help deliver programs on time, on budget and with flawless execution. Working for BI WORLDWIDE, I am given an opportunity to deliver on the company mission of delivering measureable results for every program we deliver.

I am the direct liaison to our benefit vendors and work with them to create a positive experience for our associates. I began my career here 20 years ago as a Mainframe Computer Operator. I’m still with the Corporate Technology Department, but today I work as a Desktop Computer Technician. You’d think that after 20 years a job might get a little monotonous, but I love mine and enjoy being able to help others with the technology challenges we encounter. Each day is different and I feel that I learn something new every day.

I’ve been with BI WORLDWIDE for almost five years. I source merchandise awards for our AwardslinQ™ site and manage our relationships with suppliers. In the last year, my team has grown our product offerings from 3,700 to more than 300,000. In my new duties as Web Marketing Manager, I develop product features and marketing stories to help engage participants with the vast array of merchandise we now offer.
Benjamin Kjos

Copywriter, Media

As a member of the BI WORLDWIDE Media Team, I work as a copywriter to support Art Directors, Creative Directors, Producers and Production Artists with ideation, research, scripting—and of course—writing! One day it’s looking at a print and digital campaign as a whole and the next I’m editing commas on a postcard. Every day I look at what I’m writing and say, “Would I want to read this?” If I’m doing my job well, the answer is “Yes!”
Sara Carpenter

Senior Event Director, Travel Operations

I travel onsite to operate meetings and incentive trips for our clients. Every day is different and exciting; one week I might be in Hawaii ensuring our local suppliers are delivering what the customer has been promised, and the next I could be in New York City managing logistics to move a group of 500 smoothly. I love working with people and enjoy the partnerships I have made not only with BI WORLDWIDE clients, but our suppliers as well.
