You may find value in the Leading Change practice, which focuses on strategies for creating high performance cultures, optimizing incentive compensation plans, increasing sales force effectiveness, enterprise-wide cross-selling and industry-specific training initiatives. In addition, Integrated Conference Design focuses on designing meetings, such as National and Regional Sales Meetings, to drive specific sales results.
