Through up-front analysis, key stakeholder input sessions and confidential participant interviews, meetings are crafted to create informed and galvanized employees, engaged distribution chains, enthralled audiences and knowledgeable breakout attendees.

We use proven meeting strategies with the latest innovations to engage, educate, inspire, challenge and test participants.

And we measure results, gathering baseline performance measures as well as behavioral and/or attitudinal data to compare with post-meeting measurements.

Logistics

Site Sourcing: Because we create experiences for more than 350 high performance groups per year, we can offer you the benefits of our buying power, including our ability to negotiate rates, request inclusions, and mitigate cancellation and attrition penalties.

Airline Ticketing Services: We start with a thorough air analysis with negotiated pricing for each program. This includes complete attendee services, including E-ticketing, frequent flyer support, fully-staffed customer service center, normal business hours, 24/7 800 number for enroute emergency help. On site, BI® Trip Staff provides flight itinerary reconfirmation and schedule change support.

On-site Logistics: BI®'s Program Managers confirm all supplier services (i.e., Rooms, F&B, Meeting Space, Ground, etc.), manage your budget, and oversee all Web-registration site development/services, and attendee communications (i.e., e-flashes, name tags, bag tags, daily agendas, on-site signage, etc.) And our Trip Directors manage all on-site details from check-in through check-out.
