The Strategy Group offers focused expertise via four distinct consulting practices: Leading Change; Marketing Strategy; Integrated Conference Design and Pharma. Of special interest to those wanting to drive employee engagement are Leading Change and Integrated Conference Design. The Leading Change practice focuses on strategies for creating high-performance cultures, strategic and operational planning, optimizing incentive compensation plans, increasing work force productivity, and industry-specific training initiatives. Integrated Conference Design focuses on designing meetings, such as Leadership Retreats and National Meetings, to drive specific behavioral outcomes.
