They started by looking at a study comparing different industries and doing an internal review. The feedback showed problems with their current recognition programs, especially with the value of the awards and the inconsistency in the types of awards and how they were given.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-leading-text is-style-leading-text\">They needed help to create a unified recognition program for the entire company. This meant combining all existing programs with one partner to save money, ensure consistency, and reduce costs. We had to come up with a solution to inspire over 380,000 employees, including 32,000 managers, in more than 100 countries. They took on the challenge to make the company one of the best in the world for employee engagement, retention, and happiness. And points can be used for hundreds of thousands of merchandise items and experiences through our Global Rewards Marketplace.
