These opportunities occur frequently and are easier for managers and peers to deliver in real time. Recognition for top performance and career milestones, on the other hand, was understandably less frequent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But frequency isn\u2019t the only story. We wanted to know if variety matters.
