Nowadays, an average attention span in the office is just about as short as a Vine video.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are some tips to pick up the pace of your organisation\u2019s&nbsp;engagement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Show me quick:<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2018What next?\u2019 is often heard from people because, in this world, no one has time to wait for you to get to the point. So, be quick. Keeping it short and sweet is the key, if you want your&nbsp;employees&nbsp;to rally around a new objective. Also, the sooner you let them know what\u2019s in it for them, the better it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reward me instantly. Or faster:<\/strong>&nbsp;People are highly competent, and frequent gamers are accustomed to reaching new levels in no time and achieving rewards once a goal is attained. Is your own&nbsp;employee recognition&nbsp;as swift as lightning?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Do this, get that:<\/strong>&nbsp;Press a button, send a message. Reach a goal, get a&nbsp;reward.
