St. Louis, MO (May 16, 2016) – BI WORLDWIDE launches a global customer loyalty program for a major heavy equipment manufacturer.

BI WORLDWIDE (BIW), a global engagement agency, was chosen as the agency of record to deliver a global customer loyalty program for a large St. Louis based heavy equipment manufacturer. The equipment manufacturer requested an effective way to engage its customers and reward their loyalty. In response to this request,
BI WORLDWIDE designed and presented a customized Quantum 360 platform that will encourage customers to be loyal to the manufacturer’s brand. The Quantum 360 platform will also be used as a customer-facing communication tool designed to educate, inform and keep the manufacturer’s brand top-of-mind. The new customer program will also award points to enrolled customers that can be redeemed for valuable rewards. The customer loyalty program will gradually roll out to all locations globally, beginning with locations in the United States.
