1. Maintain employee privacy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Not everyone wants to have a public celebration online or in person. This can vary from country to country and from role to role. Some may still be reassured by and want to receive the acknowledgement and recognition but wouldn\u2019t enjoy a public broadcast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
