IBM’s Watson Analytics is bringing new insights to BIW’s employee engagement and sales channel initiatives

We’re excited to share that BI WORLDWIDE (BIW) is integrating IBM Watson Analytics into our customer offerings to help improve the way existing and potential customers manage and engage their people. By combining our solutions with Watson Analytics’ cognitive powered predictive and prescriptive capabilities, we’re making it easier for BIW clients to extract actionable insights from valuable yet disparate data, and they can now use engagement, performance and financial data to uncover key insights and enhance their program strategies. 

As we’ve seen, there are still many companies not yet leveraging analytics to inform business approaches and strategies. BIW’s collaboration with Watson Analytics offers three key benefits for customers. First, Watson Analytics’ security-rich, collaborative cloud-based service helps make the aggregation of datasets quick and easy to connect to corporate data. Second, leveraging BIW’s proprietary engagement-based performance models provides a broad set of insights and improvement scenarios from which alternate strategies can be considered. Finally, using engagement ROI Expert Storybooks, BIW clients can solidify their business case and use the insights to guide program design strategy and track performance.
