The Challenge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Brief:<\/strong> A three-day incentive travel experience for 25 senior leaders and winning Site Managers. The trip should be to an aspirational and sunny destination in Europe in October. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Understanding a core value for Welcome Break was to create exceptional experiences for its customers and employees, we wanted to ensure this was emulated throughout our solution. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A three-day incentive event took the deserving winners to Gibraltar, Spain and Morocco<\/strong>. The programme was action-packed but allowed enough time for the winners to enjoy each destination together at leisure, ensuring they left feeling connected, relaxed, refreshed, and rewarded for their hard work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
