The agents act on behalf of the user, identifying recognition opportunities based on behavioural patterns, programme rules and organisational values. With built-in bias detection, translation tools and message enhancement features, the platform ensures recognition is inclusive and appropriate across diverse teams. The agents support the user, helping them craft thoughtful messages and nudging them at the right moments, while keeping recognition authentic and human-centric. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Across 300,000 user sessions, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.biworldwide.com\/uk\/elevate\/\">Elevate Intelligence<\/a> has already saved employees more than 2,000 hours each month<\/strong>.
