Meet Some of Our Associates:

David Litteken: Vice President of Asia Pacific area

David has worked in the performance-improvement industry for 28 years, focusing on the world of recognition, incentives, motivation, loyalty, and events. David is the regional VP for BIW's Asia Pacific market and oversees the business from offices in Shanghai and Singapore. Previously, David served as Division Vice President of BIW’s Healthcare and Employee Performance Groups in the United States. David brings extensive leadership experience with a focus on client service and a reputation for personal commitment and involvement in exceeding customer expectations. David has been fortunate to work with some terrific associates, experience some fabulous clients, and collaborate with the academic community to develop thought-leadership in this area. When away from the office, David enjoys traveling with his family throughout Asia-Pacific, volunteering with organizations that serve underprivileged young people, relaxing with a good book, and working out to keep the kilos off after enjoying many fine foods!

RJ Steiner: General Manager

RJ has extensive experience managing global agency teams focused on servicing complex, cross-functional business solutions. RJ has built and managed teams creating platforms and content for Fortune 500 brands including P&G, Kraft-Heinz, Coca-Cola, Mars, and Nike.

As General Manager Greater China for BI Worldwide, RJ oversees the China business from BIW’s Shanghai office. RJ’s knowledge and understanding of building bespoke, global solutions gives him a unique perspective into the complexities of the performance improvement industry as well as a true appreciation for how recognition, incentives, motivation, loyalty and events can drive engagement and overall business results.

Nick Wilkes: Technology Director

Nick has spent over twenty five years in the IT and computing industry with 17 of those in the Business Improvement sector. With more than a decade of high-level project and line management experience, he has worked with many blue chip companies around the world focusing on Automotive and IT & Telco sectors. This has included companies such as General Motors (Vauxhall, Holden, SGM), British Telecom, DELL, Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo, and Audi.

In 1997 Nick joined Maritz, a leading global Business Improvement company. Heading up a small team of developers, he quickly became a key member of the department providing technical consultancy and delivering enterprise-level projects for significant blue chip companies. After being tasked with the management of the UK development team in 2003, he went on to successfully lead the redesign and deliver of Maritz’s back-office applications, a collaborative project which spanned a team from UK, Canada and India.

Nick left Maritz in 2006 to join BI WORLDWIDE where he continues to hone his skills in line management and technical guidance as an SME as well as providing expertise in Business Improvement solutions, working regularly with teams from across the globe.

Since 2009 Nick has been at the heart of building and managing local IT development and infrastructure services within mainland China, relocating to Shanghai full time, in January 2011.

The thing I like most about working for BI WORLDWIDE is having the opportunity to work with so many different cultures and the diversity and challenges this can bring. I’ve been lucky enough to work with associates from the US, Europe and Asia Pac living in Shanghai for the past 4 years.

Jane Zheng: Finance Director

Jane has 17 years in the accounting and finance field. She joined BI WORLDWIDE more than two years ago. At that time, she found a company which she liked very much for its business sense and culture. BIW China’s business purpose is related to human beings’ minds and their thoughts, and that makes her very interested in how we help customers. Gradually, she knows there is not so much difference between Western and Eastern humanity…only cultural differences. Working in BIW gives Jane plenty of opportunities to meet those amazing people who balance their work and life perfectly!

Blight Zhang: Senior Client Service Manager

With 17 years working experiences in sourcing area for US, UK and EU companies, Blight is trained himself as the negotiation expert in charge of purchasing and liaising from external vendors with the highest-quality raw materials, goods or services at the best possible prices. He is passionate and smart, always keep good relationships with various suppliers, excellent collaboration skills make him drive businesses into deeper processes.

Blight joined in BI Worldwide in 2016 as an international manager, working closely with US team and other global offices, shipped different categories merchandise to US, India, AU, and SG offices.

Sabrina Wang: Rewards Manager

Sabrina has more than ten years work experience in customer service and vendor management field. during so many years’ experience, she gradually discovered that the nature of the customer service is well connected between the upstream and downstream. She often says, without enthusiastic communication, patient coordination and quick response, cannot realize service chain smoothly.
