Our CSR Vision.
A sustainable, inclusive, healthier, and culturally thriving India for generations to come.
Our Approach.
Our core value—It’s not all about us—reminds us that purpose begins when we put people first. We believe true success isn’t measured by what happens within our walls, but by the positive change we help create in the world around us. At the heart of our CSR work is our purpose: Inspiring people. Delivering results. Our CSR efforts focus on four key areas: environment, hunger and nutrition, arts and crafts, and sports. These aren’t just causes we support — they represent what matters most to us and where we believe we can create meaningful, long-term impact.
Our Focus Areas.

Sustainable and Clean Environment
We know our operations impact the environment, and we take that seriously. Acting responsibly toward the planet isn’t just an initiative — it’s part of who we are.
Here’s how we’re putting that commitment into action:
- Restoring green cover through agroforestry and urban plantation initiatives
- Measuring and reducing our carbon footprint to move toward carbon neutrality
- Choosing sustainable rewards and eco-friendly packaging through responsible sourcing
- Exploring renewable energy options for our offices
- Reducing e-waste and plastic use through responsible consumption and disposal
Together with our associates and partners, we’re making steady progress toward reducing our environmental footprint.
Hunger, Nutrition & Basic Well-being
Access to nutritious food, clean water, and proper sanitation shouldn’t be privileges—they’re basic human needs. Yet hunger, malnutrition, and inadequate sanitation remain harsh realities for millions across India. We’re committed to changing that.
We support communities through:
- Nutritious mid-day meals and dry-ration kits for families in need
- Nutrition access and guidance for expectant and new mothers
- Essential nutrition support during critical medical treatment
- Safe drinking water in communities with limited resources
- Improved sanitation facilities for healthier living conditions
Our goal is simple: strengthen nutrition, support healthier lives, and ensure vulnerable families never have to face hunger alone. This cause is deeply personal to BI WORLDWIDE globally. In India, we are committed to doing our part to create lasting change.

Arts, Crafts & National Heritage
India’s rich tradition of arts, crafts, and cultural heritage reflects a creative legacy that resonates with BI WORLDWIDE. As an organisation driven by ideas and innovation, we believe creativity sustains livelihoods, preserves cultural identity, and keeps traditions alive. Yet many artisan communities face economic challenges that put these art forms at risk.
Our goal is to help them thrive. We work with artisan groups, cultural organisations, and craft-led enterprises to:
- Build capability through skills development, design guidance, and capacity support
- Create compelling storytelling and packaging that connect with buyers
- Enable market access to help artisans build sustainable livelihoods
- Preserve cultural heritage through restoration, documentation, and the performing arts
These art and craft forms are part of India’s soul. We are committed to supporting the communities that preserve these traditions and build sustainable futures.
Sports
Sport demonstrates the discipline, resilience, and teamwork that build high-performance cultures—exactly what we help organizations create. Supporting athletes is our way of giving back to what inspires our work.
Through partnerships with credible sports NGOs and academies, we support athletes across rural, nationally recognised, Olympic, and Paralympic sports by providing:
- Pathways to excellence for emerging athletes
- Holistic athlete development—training, nutrition, mental conditioning, sports medicine, medical care, and equipment
- National and international competition exposure to help athletes compete at higher levels
- Sustained, long-term support throughout their athletic journey
India’s sporting talent is extraordinary. We’re committed to supporting athletes—from emerging talent to elite competitors—as they compete and succeed on the world stage.
