BI WORLDWIDE is proud to announce that it has been named the winner of the 2025 IMA Europe Inspirational Place to Work Award, a recognition that celebrates excellence in workplace culture across the incentive, loyalty, reward, and recognition industries.
The award was presented at the IMA Europe Awards ceremony in London, where BI WORLDWIDE stood out among a competitive field — including a judging panel comprised largely of industry peers. This accolade highlights the company’s unwavering commitment to fostering a workplace where people feel valued, empowered, and inspired.
“This award is a powerful endorsement of the culture we’ve built together,” said Andrea Rowe, People and Culture Director, who championed the award submission following BI WORLDWIDE’s IIP Gold achievement last year. “We knew it would be a tough competition, but this win is a great reflection of the spirit of our organisation.”
The award will soon be proudly displayed in the company’s reception area, and plans are underway to celebrate this achievement with all Associates.
