See us at RPI's 2020 Virtual Conference

This year's RPI Conference has gone virtual, taking place September 16-17, 2020. Amy Stern, Managing Director of Research and Strategy at BI WORLDWIDE, and Dr. Brad Shuck, Associate Professor and Program Director of the Human Resource and Organizational Development program at University of Louisville will be presenting the keynote session on Wednesday, September 16^th at 10am Eastern / 9am Central including a Q&A.

Their session titled “Inspiring through compassionate leadership” aims to help recognition leaders understand the impact compassion has on the lives and work of their employees. Join this session as:

• Dr. Brad Shuck shares what it means to lead with compassion and its connection to performance.
• Amy Stern shares data-driven recommendations on what leaders can do to inspire employees including BIW's most recent research on what is driving employees to stay, work hard and be inspired right now.

The 2020 RPI Virtual Conference will provide attendees with content on incentives, recognition, loyalty, training, reward experience, travel, standards, and technology alongside networking with thought leaders in our marketplace.
