Client Services Executive
The Employee Programmes Department have an opening for a Client Services Executive. Our CSE’s play a key support role in the delivery of our global client programmes. The role includes client liaison, contact with internal resource departments (both within the UK office and with other BIW global offices) and external suppliers, as well as supporting the Client Services Manager in the various day to day activities (i.e. communication planning, tactical promotions & query escalations).

Client Services Administrator
The Employee Programmes Department have an opening for a Client Services Administrator. Our CSAs have overall responsibility of the client programme mailboxes, ensuring all queries are dealt with within agreed client SLAs. This includes building relationships and providing support to clients with their day-to-day queries, as well as liaising with global technical support teams to investigate and resolve participant queries. They also liaise with internal participant care teams to ensure all participant redemptions related queries are fulfilled and answered in a timely fashion and provide administrative support to the client programme.
