BI WORLDWIDE launches Elevate Intelligence

14th October 2025: BI WORLDWIDE (BIW), a global leader in employee engagement and recognition solutions, has launched its latest development of Elevate, Elevate Intelligence, a suite of AI-powered agents designed to make recognition more meaningful, timely and impactful.

Built on agentic AI – a more autonomous and proactive form of artificial intelligence – Elevate Intelligence helps organisations deliver recognition that’s faster, more consistent and aligned to business goals. The agents act on behalf of the user, identifying recognition opportunities based on behavioural patterns, programme rules and organisational values. For example, the recognition agent can alert managers when goals are met ahead of schedule or when a new joiner completes training early.

Mike Davies, CEO at BI WORLDWIDE EMEA, said:

The platform’s intelligent agents support every stage of the employee journey:

  • Recognition agent: Enables users to give recognition through a conversational interface, suggesting award amounts, behaviours and messages – removing friction and increasing frequency.
  • Celebration agent: Nudges teams ahead of anniversaries and generates thoughtful messages using recognition data, making service milestones more consistent and meaningful.
  • Nomination agent: Surfaces top submissions and aligns them to programme criteria, helping selection committees save time and reduce bias.
  • Insight agent: Turns reporting into simple conversation, allowing programme owners to ask natural-language questions and receive instant, actionable results.

Elevate also includes modules for learning, incentives, wellness and gamification. With built-in bias detection, translation tools and message enhancement features, the platform ensures recognition is inclusive and appropriate across diverse teams. The agents support the user, helping them craft thoughtful messages and nudging them at the right moments, while keeping recognition authentic and human-centric.

Across 300,000 user sessions, Elevate Intelligence has already saved employees more than 2,000 hours each month. Organisations using AI-assisted recognition have seen a 20% uplift in recognitions sent. Employees who feel confident their good work will be recognised are 7.5 times more likely to describe their company culture as “great”.

Elevate Intelligence is being integrated with platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Slack, with plans to connect into performance management systems, CRM tools and other enterprise data sources. Security, scalability and compliance with regional data regulations such as GDPR were key considerations in selecting and integrating the AI model.
