Quick growth is a double-edged sword. Our large financial services client felt the pressure from both sides of the blade.
In spite of rapid expansion, they were devoted to maintaining the integrity of their commitment to their customers and their employees. But as their sales force ballooned, it became increasingly difficult to keep up with the unifying, engaging, empowering initiatives they felt their team deserved.
They called on BI WORLDWIDE to help them step up their game at a National Sales Conference in Las Vegas that included all sales reps from small towns, rural areas and big cities.

BIW built an opening experience for the event that did just that, and more. The extravaganza incorporated mixed reality - combining live action with stage effects and custom animation to blur the lines of reality - and was inspired by what these sales reps needed to do every day for their clients, their communities and their families.
BIW wanted to do something that had never been done before. The show was visually stunning, even by Las Vegas standards. Featuring an eye-popping combination of 23 live performers (including three children and a dog!) and elaborate virtual animation, the experience presented a flowing sequence of scenes depicting the impact that these sales reps have on the people they serve.
An America’s Got Talent winner brought down the house with a live performance and a live eight-piece orchestra with two vocalists performed a custom song arrangement of Florida Georgia Line’s “Simple” to capture one of the company’s key marketing initiatives of “Simple Steps to Financial Security.”
The experience continued to play out during keynote speeches, which placed each speaker in a scene relevant to their home turf.
The impact: The client was thrilled and captivated by our creative solution. So much so, in fact, that they said they were left “Speechless. Nothing gets better than that.”
When they found their words, they reported that BI WORLDWIDE had so perfectly captured their culture in a way they had never seen or even dreamed of, and every objective they’d hoped to accomplish had been reached 100% and beyond. Mission accomplished.
