A large telecommunications client was looking for a way to drive sales of their highest margin product within their call center audience.
Win, play, travel
We designed a travel-themed incentive lasting three months that awarded sales consultants with game plays and drawing entries when achieving their weekly targets. Game plays awarded points that were redeemable for hundreds of thousands of awards, and drawing winners would receive their choice of a travel getaway package.
We launched the incentive with a vivid, personalized animation that explained the rules that included the participant’s name to make it inspiring and memorable. We also built a custom scorecard that was updated daily with individual progress to keep participants on track.
Off the charts results
At the end of the three-month incentive, 41% of consultants improved their productivity over baseline and drove $11 million in revenue. This resulted in a 17:1 ROI.
