Beyond the Paycheck

We help companies reward and recognize their employees. And we’re no exception.

BIW provides a 401(k) retirement plan to assist Associates in saving for retirement. Anyone working 1,000+ hours in a 12 month period is eligible to participate immediately. There are pre-tax, after-tax or Roth contribution options. BIW matches $0.50 per $1.00 (or 50%) up to the first 6% you contribute. The maximum match from BIW is $7,500 per year. The matching contributions are subject to a five year vesting schedule. The plan offers changing investment fund options, as well as a self-directed option that provides access to funds outside the BIW plan.
