A leading insurance company wanted to increase the number of policies written by its independent agents. While the company offered robust training resources, agent engagement varied widely, limiting awareness, loyalty, and sales growth.
Solution
We launched a gamified loyalty and training program embedded directly in the agent portal. Agents earned rewards for completing training modules, quizzes, and policy activities, while behavioral analytics enabled targeted communications and ongoing engagement. Weekly missions tied to leadership messaging kept the experience fresh and relevant.
